My new green egg trailer setup

this was a really fun project. Not much out there on the web like it, so I had to think outside the box.

this rig is only bolted to the trailer, so it can be removed easily if I need to use the trailer for hauling

That's awesome. I so badly wanted to take my large on my bachelor party last summer. But just wasn't worth the headache and anxiety for a 6 hour drive. Now if I had something like that!

That's awesome. I bought a used 5 keg beer dispenser from a local restaurant and I have always thought a trailer with a smoker and that cooler would make an awesome portable party setup. I like how you did the table, I assume the pine under it is temporary or is there enough air flow to keep from scorching it?

@gmac the wood is actually just sitting under the smokeware table nest, shouldn't be any issues with heat

Sounds good. Not like there is much there that could burn anyway. Love the idea.
