Kicked back taking it easy after our first wonderful meal on the egg. Fixed up some 1" thick bone in chops and a veggie mix, cooked at 350 indirect with a handful of mesquite chips thrown in. The flavor was amazing, it's a recipe I grill regularly on the infrared grill and there's no comparison in the flavor.
