Chicken looks amazing! Personally I'm addicted to the mayonnaise based yellow dipping sauce most places give you. Any recipes for that out there?

Our Peruvian Chicken is on the grill as I type. Here's what I typically throw in the green sauce:
3 jalapeno pepper (or equivilant)
1 c. fresh cilantro leaves
2 med. clove garlic
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 c. sour cream
2 t. fresh lime juice
1 t. distilled white vinegar
kosher salt
Ground black pepper
2 T. olive oil
Combine all in a food chopper or processor.
