Just thought I'd share a fun, quick and simple recipe for a spicy ramen noodle soup. It's always a big hit in my household for those fall/winter weeknights.

The recipe doesn't appear explicit in this regard, but I always include any powders/sauces in with the ramen noodles, for extra bite!

    I finished college (Ramen Central) 33 years ago, but I still like to fire up a bowl of cheep ramen on occasion.  It just begs for leftovers, final herbs (we're getting our first freeze here Thursday, according to the weatherman), and I always keep a bag of shelled, frozen shrimp in the freezer and toss a few of them in also, gotta have the protein/Omega-3's/mercury!  :triumph:
