Roasting Pan for LBGE and 20+ lbs Turkey?

It's that time of year...
I plan to do my turkey for the first time in the egg this year. I plan to follow the nakewhiz recipe:
http://www.nakedwhiz.com/madmaxturkey.htm
I have the CGS spider and a 13" round stone for my indirect setup, along with the AR (which I don't think I'll need for this given the size of the bird).
From what I gather, it seems most people put some sort of spacer between their platesetter (or in my case, Spider and 13" stone) and then put their roasting pan directly on that. I plan to use a few copper pipe elbows or something similar to add an air gap.
I'm curious if anyone has any recommended roasting pans or setups given my gear. Any specific pans you found that work well? If not a specific pan, any dimensions I should look for in a pan?
I plan to do a test run this weekend with a 20lbs bird, and will likely do a 22-24lbs bird on T-day.

LBE + AR, enough bourbon to try anything. twice.

I've done one in an enamel CI Dutch oven. Round one. Had to put it on egg feet on top of the PS to get it to fit vertical.
