Slow cooked turkey on the egg - does anyone have a recepie?
Options
I have heard from chef friends slow cooking a turkey gets best results - has anybody tried it on their egg - I haven't found anything on suggested methods or results

Does it cook about 20-30 minutes a pound? We go over the river and through the woods to Grandchildren's house so timing gets tight.
