What to do with leftover ribs

The kids weren't as hungry as I expected so there are two full racks of ribs left over. Of course I could just heat them up and eat them as normal but I am curious if there are other uses for leftover ribs. I may try to pull the bones out and put them on a bun but still, anything more interesting?

You can always use the rib meat in ABT's, tacos, breakfast egg dishes, add to a pot of beans in addition to just inhaling on your own.  Wherever you find a recipe for meat I'm sure you could adapt.  FWIW-

I'm sure it would be great on pizzas, abts, sandwiches etc, but truthfully, I've never had left over ribs.

I thought you were just supposed to keep eating until there were bones left.

I always cook more than we need cause I love the leftovers. I just eat them cold out of the fridge!

Not discussed yet, but I'll usually cook two racks and eat one of them.  For the second, I'll cut it in half, then vacume seal each half whole for lunches or freezing for a meal later.  Best way to reheat is to submerse in a hot bath of water.

Years ago I used to make a spaghetti sauce with ribs; just your basic marinara in a crock pot, cook for 24 hours, fish out the bones, chill and degrease, heat and serve.
I'd always used raw ribs, I'll bet cooked/smoked ribs would be even better!  :triumph:
