My first go at ribs since getting my Egg. I'm loving the rig/extender from ceramicgrillstore.com.  I used the Killer Hogs AP and BBQ dry rubs, and BBQ sauce to glaze them. They went for 2 hours on the grill, then two hours wrapped in foil with a little butter, brown sugar, and apple juice at 235-250 degrees. Then glazed them out of the foil with sauce for about 30 min. at 220. Hot damn, they came out so good! Bones just pulled out with no effort, and the wife and kids loved them!
