Pork Chops on the Grill Mat - The Movie

Yes, I've been playing again. And once again, it was with the Grill Mat.

But first of all, Congratulations Cubs Fans - It took 108 years, but it was worth it. Great game...

Back to the Grill Mat. I had some chops cut from that $1 a pound pork loin I bought a few days ago. And my Grill Mat was still set up on the Egg (Lola Large), so I thought I would give the chops a shot on the Mat.

I also had just a bit of the French Bread I baked a few days ago, and some waffle cut frozen sweet potatoes that I had been wanting to try.

By the time we finished up, there were a few more items to make the simple dinner into a really nice dining experience, even to include a glass of fine pinkish wine.

I could go on but I'll let the video explain how it turned out.

Hope you enjoy it.
