We just had these fries as a side to burgers. The recipe is fantastic (we went with 1tsp of salt for 4 medium potatoes). Had them on for 45-50 minutes at 375-400. We will definitely do these again. Likely in the oven so we can do more volume. Thanks for sharing these @WeberWho.

I tried these this past weekend. I agree with going with less salt than the recipe calls for. They were too salty for me and I like salt....
