A Chicken Good Morning

For all you folks long gone asleep by the time I finally eat dinner!!!  Costco Chicken Breast on the bone. Cooked at 375-400 until 165 on a raised grid up in the dome direct. Skin was crunchy, but I literally started cooking these while they were still a little frozen, so the lack of overnight in the fridge I noticed. Very juicy though and worth the wait for it to be ready. 

Just bought an Egg?  Here is what you get to look forward to now:
