Bacon-wrapped, sausage-stuffed pork chops with sauteed apples.

Stopped at a place in south Georgia Saturday on the way home from a Florida trip called Carroll's Sausage and got some bacon-wrapped, sausage-stuffed pork chops and grilled them today. Luckily we had a cooler with us, but it was not really necessary as they had the little styrofoam ones for sale as well as some insulated bags that would have worked too.
350 indirect to an internal temp of 155. I put a steak seasoning on one and it was OK, but not necessary. Served with sauteed honey crisp apples. This was a pork trio of wonderful and the apples really added to it. Will do this again.
