To celebrate the Cubs historic win I decided to smoke some beef ribs!

285 grate temp using Aaron Franklin method. Salt and Pepper with hot sauce as a binder. Will check them at 5 1/2 hours.

Ribs done in 6 hrs. They were the best beef ribs so far. Next time I will go lighter on the pepper.
