Grilled Chicken Parmigiana, my take

First, you need a chicken.



Chicken Breasts stuffed w/ shredded Parmesan and
fresh chopped Garlic. On the Egg @ 400°



Same ol', same ol' . . .
Poblano Peppers with Provolone, Chorizo, and Pepperjack


The Peppers finished first, of course.
(I love these things!)


Pulled the Chicken Breasts @ 150° IT, then topped with Pasta Sauce,
shredded Mozzarella, 
 and grated Parmesan.


Back on until IT of 160ish°


Finito.



Served with tossed salad, spaghetti, and garlic bread, this left everyone satisfied . . .
and stuffed.
