Whole prime tenderloin

It was the brother in laws birthday so we had the family over.  My MIL bought me a whole prime tenderloin from Costco and the plan was to make sammies with sautéed onions and homemade horseradish sauce.  I cooked it raised indirect at 250 until thicker parts were 110-115 IT.  Then let it rest while I cranked it up.  It's always a fan favorite... so tender!!!  It was all gone in a flash (except for two small pieces I saved from the butchering process to enjoy today).
