Ive been looking to learn new techniques on the egg. Thinking about purchasing a griddle. Any recommendations?

This is a great piece to have.  Baking, pizza, griddle.

That said, if you like to use a griddle, there may be a blackstone in your future.

I have wanted a bail handled Griswold or Wagner for some time now. Haven't found many and none that I considered reasonably priced. I have made do with one with a standard skillet handle, but still want one of these...
