If you leave chicken to marinate in teriyaki for 4 days it takes on a denser texture and has a candy sweetness.  Pic in the tupperware is The Spouse's entree for tomorrow's lunch.

    Looks good to me.  I love marinating meat for extended periods of time.  Right now I have to pork chops that have been marinating in Korean/soy sauce for three days.
