How many inches does the table nest raise a large egg?

Hey guys - got a new table and I am pumped. Will get pics up when its all said and done. But basically i have a granite top that was cut for a medium, and a shop is going to make the hole bigger to fit my large. 

I am getting a table nest (ordered it online) and I need to know exactly how high the table nest raises a large egg. Once I know this, I can make a quick mockup base to figure out the final height of the egg, and then i will know the exact diameter for the hole in the granite. I've got a guy doing me a favor with this granite, so I am trying to move quickly - and not quite sure how long it will take for my table nest to be delivered.
