Brisket grease
during a cook on Saturday I got a bit of brisket grease on my pizza stone. How do I clean it? Do I just do a 600 degree cook until it stops smoking?
Didn't realize and on Sunday during a cook it went up i flames and smoke. I was able to remove it and finish my cook ( not easy getting a 450 degree stone out safely but all good).

At 500 it'll smoke out in about an hour. You can go higher, but you don't need to.

Also suggest turning it over (dirty side down).Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

When my PS cools, I take my ash tool and get it off when the grease dries up.
