Cow town is good. It's from Joes Kansas City BBQ. Probably the most well know joint in the KC area.

You got me all set up. Thanks again. Turned out I used the Dipstix on the chicken the other day not the Kosmos.

One came off at 2AM and the other three were wrapped. Glad I had the BT temp monitor on them. I didn't expect them too go this quick. Getting really close on other three. I'll get finished pics later. Dark thirty was a rude awakening for me since I had been up since 3AM.

I did get this text from the nieghhor behind us last night.  :o

The part art about us not getting any isn't 100% true, we are eating half of two of them for research and quality control.  =)

Dipstix seems to work out good with pork and beef. Not too many things I won't use it on. Let me know what you think of the Kosmos. I haven't tried that one out yet. It's a new rub for the bbq shop I frequent. The pork is looking good!

  • "The Squeal" Butt Rub.

    I chuckled.

I think the Kosmos is a winner. I'm going to try it on chicken but I also think I'd like it on seafood too.
We'll be having the PP for dinner tonight so I'll get the consensus from the family.

Looks like an adjustable rig with a D grid on the top level. There are many options including oval grids and stones etc..

    You're a goner now!
