tonights dinner:  
everything SRF from the freezer stocked during the last sale has been great. Baby back ribs were a surprise, didn't think it would make such a difference. Can't wait to try the rib eye cap - and eat our way through the rest!

    The cap was stunning - melt in the mouth, rich....  not due to my cooking but what an amazing cut!  a shame to put a great center cut sirloin beside it; it was really good, but couldn't match the cap
