2016 Eggfest Recipe Help

We were able to attend EggFest at Stone Mountain this year and I didn't feel like 5 hours was enough time to try everything.  Something we did try was the Brisket fried rice and Mac and cheese egg rolls.  I was curious if anyone that attended knows what group cooked it and how I can get the recipe's.

  • Those Mac and cheese egg rolls were on point.

Im going to try and recreate that philly cheese steak fried rice that was next to the stage this week.

I think that it was fried rice and Philly cheese steak I was looking for not the brisket.  any help is appreciated it, it was one of the best things we had sadly we missed a lot (pesky kids).

@Kent8621 I talked to the guy making it for a while. He told me to go check out the big green brotherhood to see the Kettle Q that he was using.

He precooked white rice...I can't remember the oil he was using for the griddle but I usually use grape seed oil or peanut oil because of the high smoke rate.

It did look like he was using cubed brisket Edit: or cubed steak: and the cheese was cubed as well (I'm assuming just like kraft cheddar cubes). I called my butcher and told him to chill down some ribeye and shave it real thin to make it a little more like real Philly cheesesteak and I am going to try some with provolone and some with cheddar. Then just cook the veggies and a fried egg and mix it all up.
