Where I grew up-the GWN line was at the 45th parallel and I lived at 44-57N. But that was before GPS.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

Okay - 44.9634° N, 73.5874° W for the targeteers.
And I would ride my bike ( long before the driver's license and the trips to bring in the Molson's and LaBatt's Blue) across the border to smuggle fire crackers back to upstate NY. Imagine that now. TSA would fry my a$$.
Edit: Happy Thanksgiving. Always enjoyed that day as it was a tradition to venture across the line for the great groceries on that day.

Admitted a WWII vet today, as I thanked him and shook his hand, he showed me his faded RCN tat on his forearm. I couldn't read it, but he spelled it out and pointed to each letter so proud.BrandonQuad Cities
