UMMMM!!!!! We like brisket!!!!!

Got 3 Prime Costco Packers starting on my XL.  I intend to divide them up and pass them out to family that helped us put on our daughters wedding 2 weeks ago along with my childhood friend that officiated the ceremony.  Of the 5 I cooked for the wedding, nothing remained and some of us had very little.  Since my pastor friend called the next day wondering if there was any left over, I thought maybe some brisket would be a good way to say "Thanks".  I just hope these turn out as good as those I egged for the wedding.  I believe I could have sold several eggs that afternoon if half the folks that said "I've got to get me one of those eggs" were serious.

    Wow- at that rate you should start catering. Glad everything turned out well for the reception. I'm sure it was a bitter sweet day for you.

    @FarmerTom -  again, congrats on pulling off a great wedding but beyond that you are a brisket machine.  You obviously have it dialed in.  No worries on the outcome here.  And I'm sure the personal touch will be very much appreciated by all.  Most eggcellent.
