Pre-Thanksgiving Prep

Options
After yesterday's clean burns Thanksgiving prep starts today with 20 mild Italian sausages cooked to 145 internal.  To be stripped of casings and combined with baked chestnuts & diced fried potatoes for the stuffing.  Sunday's morning's cook will be a 6lb Bourbon Brown Sugar Smoked Pork Loin.
