First slow cook

Okay did a 1 kilo pork shoulder last night Fat cap down. Cooked at 250 for 3 hours but it wasn't done so continued at 250 for another hour or so then bumped it up to 350 for about an hour and took it off at 200F. It has a lovely crust and tastes oh so good. Will be doing this again.
