We had less time to cook for Rosh Hashana this year than usual, but we still wanted to make our usual big dinner. Fired up the egg for baking to 350* and let everything preheat while letting the dough rise. 

Cooked 2 challahs at a time for 40 minutes and ended up with 4 delicious loaves.
