    Love cauliflower mash.  We add some Baby Bella cheese and like to use heavy cream as we are mashing it. Yours looks very good.

    Dunno why it looks dry in the picture. Egg'd meatloaf is so juicy.

    Yeah, I used heavy cream, butter and cheese while mashing. It's pretty good actually.

    I purchased ingredients today myself. Gonna do one up tomorrow. That little nip in the air......brings on the comfort food cooks. I will also be having whipped taters.....the must have side with Meatloaf in my opinion.

    Thanks. Give it a try. They're pretty good off the egg. Light smoke flavor and very juicy.
