I am going to attempt CWM's Rib Recipe today. Just need to clarify, if the recommended temps are dome or grate. If it is dome than the intial temps at 200-225 would be around 180 - 200 grate. Is that correct?

I'm not sure , but I would go a bit higher than that. Grate temp for me. Maybe some of Mike's friends will know for sure.

I think most people go by dome temp when they talk about egg recipes / temps.
