I have some royal Oak and cowboy lump. Which would be best to use for a low n slow?
Are usually cook my ribs at 255° on my XL using cowboy lump but I would like to know and see if my minimax can hold the temperature at 220 to 225 for some rib cooking tomorrow.
Whats the lowest these eggs can hold temp at?
