Had fun cooking this tonight, finished to my liking. After the rest IT was about 147. Nice flavor and lots of juice.

Yeah, the steak looks good, but I ain't had fried potatoes in a loooong time. And those look dayum good. My favorite meal is when my mom made pork chops and fried potatoes.
