Is my butt doing the dreaded stall?

Or rolling on good? I put on about 10 last night. 2 ten pound butts for a HS Football tailgate today at 6. I use the flameboss and it has been rolling good all night at 225. I am currently at 160 degree internal and its been there since about 8. Should I be ok? Or should I bump the temp up to about 275? Don't need to take off until about 3 or so. Thanks for any input!

I would bump it up to 275.  No need to go that low on the egg.  If it finishes early you can FTC it.

I'd bump it a little.  Remember you can FTC in the cooler for up to 6 hours as long as your temps stay adequate in the cooler.  Will you have warming ability on-site?

I would definitely bump it up some.  I can't decide 250 or 275, so I will say 263.
