Modernist Bread book set pre-order

I see that the multivolume $600 set of books from the Modernist Cuisine crew titled "Modernist Bread" is now available for pre-order and to be released in Spring 2017.

I'm sure it will be lovely and informative. I'll probably wait for the "Modernist Bread at Home" abridged version myself but I know there are some serious bread bakers here that might want to add this to their Xmas list.

Thanks for the note. I am a truly pitiful baker, despite multiple attempts. However, my younger daughter seems to have the knack. The Xmas list just became a little easier for me.
