As always, thanks for sharing these beautiful cooks.  Even if I usually look at them and go... "nah, too much work.  I'll just throw on a chicken."

Not to go off topic but does anyone use this Crisbee product on a Blackstone?  I am very interested for my cast iron.

What is the Blackstone surface material?

Cold rolled steel I believe.

I messaged Brad from Crisbee and he says that it will work perfectly and season just like a carbon steel wok would season.
