Thanks @JohnnyTarheel , prior to my first egg I never cooked. Without the egg and this forum that piqued my interest, I would never do anything like this remotely closecanuckland

Wow, I had no idea a toaster oven could accomplish such greatness.
Nice work. -
Thanks @GregW , the big oven box was busy. I should clarify that it's not a regular compact toaster oven, it's a model similar to this. Even with this I had to flip the steak few times, turning the convection fan on may have helped but I forgot

Could have fooled me and said it was cooked on the egg. Looks wonderful"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Looks great! I got a toaster oven about a year ago similar to that and we use it all the time. Basically anything that would go in the oven and is small enough to fit goes in the toaster oven. It works well for leftovers too.
Pro-tip for buns: Turn the buns over and stack them so the cut sides are facing up and down and you can toast many at the same time. 12 sliders:
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Prime, huh. Toaster oven, huh. In my head, those two just don't go together. But you made it work. Nice, Gary.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Faith, I've done this several times before. I'm actually more comfortable doing it this way than SV that could leave juice in the bag. yEh! Prime in toaster ovencanuckland
