Managed to fit 3 cooks in today and try a couple new Dizzy Pig rubs.
First up some short ribs with Cowlick.

Next up grilled a bunch of chicken breasts that should feed the family through Wednesday. Used some Dizzy dust on these, but that's not new. Almost forgot the picture so had to take it while they were already in the Tupperware.

Finally for dinner tonight made myself a tuna steak and my wife a salmon fillet using Raging River.

Cooked them separately because I cook the salmon at 350 and sear the tuna around 600.

Thanks. I enjoyed the ribs a lot. They came out much better than the first time I tried making them when I tried to create my own rub and failed miserably so I had perfectly cooked meat that I had ruined. I'll be sticking to store bought rubs for a while and I've been a fan of Dizzy Pig so far, but will mix it up in the future to keep experimenting.bhedges1987 said:I love it all except the tuna!!!
