It is a cool (by Vegas standards) fall morning here in Sin City. All the basic white girls wearing their UGG boots and PSL's in hand. Had the day off, so I decided to make some pulled pork for tonight and left overs for college game day tomorrow. 

Have a nice 8.5 pound butt going on rubbed down with a Famous Dave's Rib Rub. I don't normally do commercial rubs, but SWMBO picked this up awhile ago and it is actually pretty good. 
Going to ride at 325 until it's done with cherry wood chunks and a couple of handfuls of apple chips. 

And in an Off Topic note, I came across a new way to cook bacon. (It is cooking related to appease Buffalo Jong Un)
