Small pork roast with baked potatoes.

Cooked a small pork roast at 350 indirect to internal of 145 then took the roast off and wrapped it in foil for a bit while the potatoes finished. It is so easy just plopping some small potatoes in the drip pan under the roast. 
The pork continued to rise and I sliced it when it hit 150 internal. Very moist and juicy. Used a Weber Carne Asada rub and the new Heinz Texas style bbq sauce because it is about half the sugar content of Sweet Baby Rays. It was very tasty and the pork was moist and tender too.
