Black Bean,Salsa Turkey Burgers and Southwestern Quinoa

Ground Turkey, black beans,salsa and fresh garlic.  On the mini in preheated CI
Then some fried eggs that I busted the hell out of when I flipped 

Busted up egg on the burger plated with quinoa that had diced tomatoes, black beans, onions, cumin and chili powder

Definitely a keeper but next time I'll try not to bust up the eggs.
