3.5 lb Pork Loin Help....

What's the method to your madness to cook a pork loin on the egg for your father in law from Florida? ???  In all seriousness, I would like to nail this cook.  Family is in town from Florida and I need this pork to be great.

I did this not long ago and it was delicious. You can marinate in anything you'd like, but I choose teriyaki. Just remember to pull the loin off the egg when the thickest part reaches 140 degrees internal temp and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing up.

I love doing stuffed pork loin. Spinach, cheese, salami, ham, bell pepper, mushrooms, put whatever you want inside.
