Replacement springs for Egg dome

The springs that hold the lid open on my Large Egg are worn out and won't support the dome in the open position. It doesn't appear they can be tightened. Does anyone know if they can be tightened or where to buy replacement springs? Thank you!

Based on my just recent experience, I don't think your springs have lost tension, but rather the spring tension bolts have come loose. (Picture courtesy of @fishlessman)
I tightened mine and tension was restored - if this fails to solve your problem, then you'll need to contact your local dealer.
