My first Tri-tip!

not only my first time cooking, but first time eating even. Went to the store without a plan, saw the tri-tip and made a gut call. 

Rubbed with seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika. Reverse seared at 250ish until internal temp of 120, pulled the plate setter and seared for about 5 minutes, 30 seconds per side at a time.  Sliced and served as sandwiches on take-and-bake ciabatta with pickled red onion and provolone, Caesar salad on the side!
