Chicken Halves

This was my first shot at doing chicken halves. Rubbed with Lanes Signature rub. Brushed with some Sweet Baby Ray's for the last few minutes. Threw in some apple and mesquite chunks. Cooked 250 indirect. Threw on some potatoes for about an hour so they'd have that smoked flavor.
