Lost temp overnight. HELP!!

I put 19 lbs. of pork butt on the egg at midnight last night with dome temp at 215 on its way up. It had dropped from 240 when I put the pork on. When I woke up at 6am the dome temp was at 147! The blower on my digiQ was unplugged! The internal food temp was about 130. I immediately fixed the issue and got the dome temp back up to 250. I really really do not want to throw away 19 lbs of Boston butt, especially considering I'm hosting 30 people tonight. Please someone tell me I shouldn't.

The same thing has happened to me twice. Both times I got the Egg back to temp and cooked on. Both times the pork was great, so I say carry on.Belleville, Michigan

You might need to bump up that temp a little to cover for lost time.

Can't believe that smart DigiQ didn't plug itself in
you're gonna be eating some great pork later. Keep on keeping on. -
All good, luckily you have (in my opinion) one of the most forgiving pieces of meat you're cooking. I did same thing, except, I thought i had enough lump and it ran low with about two hours left. Keep plugging. you won't taste the difference.
