It has happened again! out of the kindness of a fellow Egger and his wonderful wife we were gifted some extremely nice dried Herbs. Looking forward to using them ASAP. They grew them, harvested them, dried them and then put them in these cool little jars that have a flip open top with holes that work as a shaker too.
Very much appreciated for sure.
It's nice to be a Big Green Egger and have such awesome friends........

That's awesome. I need to learn to do this. We grow fresh herbs but the season is so short here and we'll be on store bought soon.Bill Denver, CO

Matt-hew, it was my "much, much better half" Nichole. I don't know how to cook... Or grow herbs. She'd be happy (against my wishes and probably the beginning of divorce proceedings) to send you some, Bichttarheelmatt said:Reveal their name Jim, I need to start sucking up!

That's really nice of them to do. When I do grow some, they are either used fresh or put in a bag and frozen. Haven't figured out the proper way to dry them. Most of the time I am stuck with store bought stuff.
