One of my boys was home from College so I made a double batch (he took most of it back to school)

Looks great, I was going to try that but didn't have lemon grass.  Ended up using another recipe from her and loved it!  Can't go wrong with either.

@cannughead If you don't have easy access to fresh Lemongrass lots of grocery stores now carry this in their produce sections.  It is not the same as fresh, but if you use extra in a marinade like this it actually works out OK.

Thanks, actually we have stores that carry fresh lemon grass, I didn't have any when I needed it!  That tube looks interesting though, is it refrigerated or frozen?

@Canugghead The tube is refrigerated. Equal to 6 stalks of Lemongrass. I have used it in Thai omelettes as well, not as nice as fresh, but not bad.
