Sausage Fest

It isn't glamorous, but we like it. Well I like it and my kids do too. My wife not so much. These were Roger Wood Lumber Jack's, Andouille, and Italian sausage. 

No plated pics, but yummy in my tummy!

looks great @johnkitchens.  My wife and I have empty nest syndrome so we like to cook once and eat twice, meaning we cook for two nights.  Italian snausages with pasta and marinara is a once-a-week go-to dinner that carries over for lunch or dinner the next day.

Hey Pete. Growing up we called these sausage dogs and ate them in a bun like a hot dog. I love these things. They are in every grocery store down here in Georgia. They may not have them where you are.

They're out of Savannah I believe and are regional. Pretty good, my coworker loves them and cooks them a lot at work.

I was missing the grilled onions on mine tonight. I have another pack in the fridge ready to go. Next time I will be adding the onion. The lumber jacks with spicy mustard and onions is awesome!

I miss Roger Wood. They used to keep them in a steamer at the fuel stop outside my old job. Haven't seen them up here.
