First Run At Chicken Wings

I've been dying for some chicken wings on the egg and today I gave it a shot. Loved the results.
Had the egg at 375 for a little over an hour.
Covered the the wings with Dizzy Pig Raging River flipped at 30 minutes and covered with seasoning after flipping. Loved the results.

Won't be your last. Nice choice with the RR rub. Looks good!

I'm really liking "dry" wings instead of smothered in BBQ sauce. The raging river was great. Haven't been disappointed with any of the dizzy pig brands yet.pgprescott said:Won't be your last. Nice choice with the RR rub. Looks good!
