Quick NY strip steak dinner last minute for a Friday night...
Plans changed, so decided to throw together a quick meal on the egg... the sides were cooked inside, garlic smashed potatoes with peaches and cream corn. As usual, the egg made a simple meal good! Just one pic this time, but you'll get the idea. Enjoy the weekend everyone!
