Are there lower beef prices in our future?

I saw a story on the news this AM early about how cattle futures are at a 5 year low, and that it is expected to result in lower future beef costs. Does this mean low-cost prime rib for Christmas? Steak frys for tailgates or? If there is anyone out there who knows about this stuff, please enlighten the rest of us! Thanks!
